No one should face a cold winter

A warm, safe home is essential for good health and well-being of our Oxfordshire residents. Cold, damp housing can lead to serious health issues, including respiratory problems, heart disease, and mental health challenges across all age groups.  There's support, from the Better Housing Better Health service (please contatct 0800 107 0044), and warm welcome from local libraries. Also click on the image above to be taken to the Oxfordshire County Council web site to see what other help may be available.

St Margaret Mapledurham

St Margaret Mapledurham, a quiet space for reflection, a "thin place" where our visitors have felt a close connection to the divine, where the boundary between heaven and earth is permeable.

Click on the heading above to see your full Waste and Recycling calendar for April 2024 to March 2025.   The calendar shows:

  • which bins will be emptied on which days
  • details of bank holiday collections changes
  • when we will collect extra garden waste from those properties that subscribe to our garden waste service.

All bins should be put out for collection before 6am, with the lids firmly closed.
